A mechanical engineer with more than 36 years experience in the field of Energy Sector, Material Handling and Heavy Engineering.

Worked with BHEL, Andritz Hydro, Voith Hydro .
Have extensive experience in Execution of Hydro power projects from 2MW to 100MW each unit including supply chain of Turbine, Generator components, Balance of Plant etc .

37+ years of rich experience in Power Sector which includes Business development in India and overseas market, Project management, Process optimization & control, Operational excellence, Quality management, Audits, Stressed asset assessment and financial planning, Training and organizational development, Knowledge Management. Worked in Indian multinationals /large Indian conglomerate such as Larsen & Toubro Limited, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL). 

International experience: Country Manager of Larsen & Toubro Limited in Bangladesh from year 2014-17

Nikhilesh Sanyal

Spent more than 35 years in the Power Sector with large OEMs like BHEL, ABB, ALSTOM & GE, in leadership roles in various functions, like Product Design, Engineering, Sales & Tendering, Manufacturing, QA & QC, Vendor Development, Project Management, Technology and R&D.
Was instrumental in building a strong Process Engineering team in ABB /ALSTOM /GE India, in both the Gas & Steam businesses and successfully managed ‘Knowledge Transfer’ from the lead centers in Europe (France /Germany /Switzerland /Hungary).

Prashant Alekar

A professional with over 38 years of experience in Project Management, Quality Management, Production/ Manufacturing Operations. Having worked in diverse fields like aviation manufacturing, automobiles, engineering and power plant equipment manufacturing, with skills in strategic projects and program management, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, New Product Development, Continuous Improvement Processes, Business Excellence models like EFQM and Management Systems.
